Refund & Exchange 

At Crown's Queue, we do not offer returns/refunds. Once a product is delivered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

An exchange is possible only if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition, and only if the following conditions are met:

• You share a clear unboxing video showing the damage.
• The video is sent to us on the same day of delivery.
• The product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
• You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 working days
